01Accepting these terms

These Terms apply to your use of coachbags-us.com and to any purchase you make on it. By visiting the site, adding an item to your bag or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

02Who can shop with us

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for giving us accurate personal details, including your delivery address and a valid email address. We are not responsible for orders lost because the information provided was incorrect.

03Our products and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes.
• Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
• We may limit quantities or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

04Placing an order

An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it and send you a tracking notification.

We may cancel an order before it ships if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or to prevent fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Discount codes can be used only at checkout, and only one promo code applies per order unless stated otherwise.

The text, images, logos and design elements created by coachbags-us.com belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy them or create derivative works without our written permission.

Brand names, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to resell products, and their use does not mean the brands endorse us.

06Using this website

You agree to use the site lawfully and without violating anyone else’s rights. You must not:

• use bots or other automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
• place fraudulent orders or provide false information;
• do anything that damages the site or disrupts how it works.

07Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or damage to reputation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses caused by site downtime, technical errors, or delays caused by third parties such as carriers and payment processors.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes are handled exclusively by the courts of Delaware.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any rights under the consumer protection laws of your home country that cannot be excluded by contract. These Terms do not affect those rights.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by changing this page. Updates take effect as soon as they are published. If you keep using the site or place an order after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
